This illusion requires you to move closer and further away from the screen and as you do the black and white fuzzy dots seem to get larger and smaller. This optical illusion relies on visual vibrations to cause the effect. These vibrations are created by placing two complimentary colours next to each other, in this case black and white, making a less than desirable combination for the eye to look at.
